Supremacy of Ideology

 The Supremacy of Divine Ideology needs to be upheld and maintained at all times by all and the constitution protects this by incorporating the following clauses in the constitution:

 It guarantees the Supremacy of Quran and Shariah and bars any amendments to be entertained at any time repugnant to the glorious ideology of Islam.
°
 It recognizes Imam-e-Zamana (ATF) as our divine and living leader as its Patron-in-chief.
°
 Highest religious authority is also highlighted and accepted.

Amendments


°
Amendments to the constitution can be made and the methodology has been explained in the by-laws. However, no amendment contrary to Islamic teachings would ever be entertained.
